Those women don’t come from any registered or attested burned village. They are mostly the only survivor of a familly, but are not related to the main traditional ethnic groups victims of war. They live alone without ressources. They don’t speak any foreign langage to deal with any NGO. So they don’t have an displaced population ID card. They cannot recieve a shelter, a blanket. They are not accepted in the flankett feedings twice a week.
They peel the ground. They then extract one by one grain of wheat escaped from bags exploded during airdrops designed for registered population.
